After earning her degree in Communications from the College of DuPage in Illinois, Megan began her career in sales and marketing, where she developed a deep understanding of client relationships and business growth strategies. Her passion for connecting people with opportunities led her to transition into recruitment, where she excelled at helping companies find the right talent.
Throughout her career, Megan has worked with companies across various industries, gaining extensive expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development.
